Job summary

Salt Search in London is seeking a Social Media & Partnership Manager for a fast-growing international DTC consumer brand. This hands-on role centers on Instagram as the lead channel, while developing influencer relationships, gifting, partnerships and affiliate activity.

You will craft organic social strategy, create content (ideation, filming, presenting and editing), and manage the calendar and community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in organic social/media.
• Experience with DTC, ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to grow an Instagram community.
• Hands-on content creation: filming, presenting and editing.
• Experience with influencers, gifting and partnerships.
• Commercial mindset with measurable reach, engagement or revenue.
• Creative, highly organized, and able to own a channel end-to-end.
• Strong relationship-building and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across Instagram, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
• Create content yourself: ideation, filming, presenting and editing.
• Own content calendar and community management.
• Collaborate with content and paid teams on Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships end-to-end.
• Build ongoing gifting and seeding programs across lifestyle verticals.
• Lead brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Own Instagram affiliate program and grow social commerce.
• Track performance across organic, influencer, partnerships and affiliate.
• Stay ahead of trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Occasional travel for shoots as the brand expands internationally.
