Job summary

TALA in London is seeking a Head of Social to define and drive the organic social strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with oversight of Pinterest and LinkedIn. You will lead the social team, set direction, and ensure growth, brand relevance, and cross-functional alignment with Brand, Creative, Performance, Influencer, PR, Product and Ecommerce.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, balancing creativity with data and commercial thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience developing social strategies, content frameworks and channel plans.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration with Brand, Creative, Performance, Influencer, PR, Product and Ecommerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive TALA’s organic social strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with oversight of Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Lead the social team, setting direction and KPIs to grow reach, engagement and community.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Performance, PR, Influencer, Product and Ecommerce to integrate social into the marketing strategy.
• Own the social planning process and prioritise initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Develop a test-and-learn approach to identify new formats and growth opportunities.
• Provide insights from analytics and turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Oversee channel health and performance and report on KPIs to the business.
