Job summary

• Support pupils individually, in small groups and in class activities.

• Assist with Education, Health and Care Plans and individual support plans.
• Encourage independence, resilience and positive behaviour.
• Work with teachers to provide feedback on learning progress.
• Support pupils during break times, visits and wider school activities.
