Tradewind Recruitment LTD are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to work across secondary schools in Lincolnshire on daily supply and long-term placements. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and professionals from other backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain one)
• Professional reference checks
• CV covering last 10 years of employment
• Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where appropriate
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
• Providing pastoral and emotional support to pupils
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff
