Job summary

River Island in Wakefield is seeking an energetic Product Team Leader to guide the store team, deliver an inspiring customer journey and excellent visual execution. You will lead the team to deliver great product placement and outstanding service while supporting the Product Manager.

This part-time 25-hour role emphasizes coaching, operations, and KPI delivery, with weekend work and a focus on fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Able to motivate and inspire a team.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront.
• Duty manage in all areas of store operation: service, people, and operations.
• Support the Commercial/Product Manager to empower the team to deliver for customers.
• Use commercial tools to drive actions and improve performance.
• Drive store KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer and RFID.
• Support store health and safety compliance.
• Develop the store team to be high performing, motivated, and valued.
