Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a committed SEN Teacher for a Brent-based school. The role focuses on planning and delivering differentiated lessons in an inclusive environment, collaborating with teaching assistants and staff to support students with additional needs.

You will monitor progress, provide targeted feedback, and promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence while maintaining high expectations and nurturing relationships with learners.

Qualifications

• QTS and experience working with students with SEN.
• Ability to differentiate and deliver inclusive lessons.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, nurturing approach supporting academic, social and emotional development.
• Commitment to developing positive relationships with students.
