Qualifications

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Successful teaching experience at secondary level, preferably including practice.
• Understand the theory and practice of effective teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area.
• Monitor and support progress of students as a teacher/form tutor.
• Create engaging resources and assess student work to raise standards.
• Contribute to improving standards and opportunities for personal and academic growth.
