Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or experienced unqualified teacher.
• Experience delivering practical science lessons.
• Experience with SEMH pupils preferred.
• Calm, flexible and solution-focused approach.
• Strong safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver practical experiments with health & safety emphasis.
• Create a calm, consistent and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and pastoral teams.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
