Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a specialist SEMH school in Stechford seeking a Primary Teacher for KS1/KS2 on a full-time maternity cover starting September. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, use data to track progress, and promote positive behaviour in a caring, structured environment.

The role requires QTS, UK KS1/KS2 experience, SEMH or additional needs experience, and excellent classroom management. Teamwork and resilience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• QTS is required with experience in Key Stage 1 and/or 2.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Positive, resilient team player who supports school ethos.

Responsibilities
