The Supply Register is recruiting an RE Teacher for Beckfoot Trust schools in Bradford. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Deliver engaging Religious Education across key stages, differentiate for learners, and monitor progress while upholding safeguarding and high expectations. Collaborate with TAs and staff to support pupil outcomes and participate in wider school activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching RE in a secondary school setting (including ECTs are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of the RE curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging RE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupils’ progress using data to inform planning and next steps.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies, promoting high expectations.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL and varying abilities.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff to support pupil progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupils’ progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, events and extracurricular activities.
