Job summary

Link 3 Recruitment Limited is recruiting vibrant Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Coventry and surrounding areas. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to help children thrive in a dynamic classroom environment.

These roles offer day-to-day supply, short-term placements and longer-term opportunities, with the chance to become a valued member of a school community. DBS checks and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support lessons and classroom activities across primary year groups.
• Encourage, motivate and support children of different abilities.
• Be flexible, proactive and ready to get involved with daily school needs.
