Job summary

Link 3 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants for Coventry and surrounding areas. The role covers day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term opportunities across various primary schools.

The aim is to support children’s learning, confidence and resilience with enthusiastic, proactive teams. Ideal candidates will have school experience, positive energy, and a valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one, plus the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Are enthusiastic, proactive and full of positive energy.
• Can encourage, motivate and support children of different abilities.
• Are flexible, adaptable and happy to get stuck in — no sitting on the sidelines here!
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
