Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
• Differentiate teaching and learning activities to meet all pupils' needs.
• Foster positive behaviour and effective classroom management.
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support achievement.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school.
