Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a Wirral-based school. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, maintain an inclusive classroom culture, and support pupils across KS1/KS2. ECTs welcomed to apply.

The role offers a competitive MPS/UPS package based on experience, with a strong focus on safeguarding and collaboration with TAs, SEND teams, and senior leaders. A supportive CPD program is provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (ECTs warmly considered).
• Excellent classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge.
• Passion for inclusive learning and safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Maintain a safe, well-managed classroom environment.
• Assess, track and report pupil progress to meet targets.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEND teams and senior leadership.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and the Wirral community.
