Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity during staff absence.
• Adapt teaching to meet varying abilities, including SEND and EAL.
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour.
• Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback to staff.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Work with teaching assistants to support pupil progress.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety policies.
• Provide clear handover notes on pupil progress.
