Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher with QTS for a long-term role in Coventry starting September. You will join a welcoming school and support pupil wellbeing while maintaining high standards of teaching.

The role suits an experienced QTS or an Early Career Teacher seeking consistency across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a strong focus on safeguarding and inclusive practice. You will collaborate with Teaching Assistants and staff to deliver engaging lessons.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Recent experience teaching within a Primary setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Primary curriculum.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.
• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
• Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and other staff.
• Delivering engaging lessons that encourage participation and independence.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
