Qualifications

• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Can adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs.
• Is reliable, flexible and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
• Support pupils academic progress, confidence and personal development.
• Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupils progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to reach their full potential.
