Qualifications

• Holds QTS, or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
• Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development.
• Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to reach their full potential.
