Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Primary School Teacher for flexible roles across Dorset, including Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Sound understanding of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum.
• Committed to raising attainment and helping every child reach their potential.
• Strong communication, organisational and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire pupils and support their progress.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Deliving the National Curriculum effectively and ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
• Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining effective classroom management.
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching approaches to support individual development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and school staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
• Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
