Job summary

Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting Qualified Teachers with QTS to support partner primary and secondary schools in daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities.

We seek enthusiastic teachers who can deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and positively impact pupil progress. DBS enhanced is preferred, with booking support for applicants, and plenty of opportunities to progress within a trusted network.

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK is required.
• At least 1 year of UK school teaching experience is required.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• DBS enhanced preferred; support available for DBS applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high standards of classroom management.
• Adapt lessons to different school settings and year groups.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to students and staff.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote pupil welfare in line with DfE guidance.
