Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a friendly, inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes seeking a Class Teacher to join from September 2026. This permanent vacancy welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants and offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, differentiate for all abilities, monitor pupil progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting, with KS1 or KS2 desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Nurturing, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities.
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress with clear feedback.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence and resilience.
• Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents to support outcomes.
• Contribute to enrichment activities, trips and events.
