Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and analysis.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with policies.
• Differentiate lessons to meet diverse needs and abilities.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and effective classroom management.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and external exams.
• Contribute to Science curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in enrichment activities, STEM projects, and extracurriculars.
