Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Current CPR certification and First Aid training.
Compliance with Diocese of Austin Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) policies throughout employment.
Previous coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule practices and games in coordination with the athletic director.
Monitor safety and fitness of participants; report injuries to parents and school officials.
Supervise all activities during practices and games; maintain professional conduct.
Teach safety skills and game strategies to student athletes; ensure safety compliance.
Communicate needs for early dismissals, field and gym use to athletic director.
Maintain emergency contact information for practices and games.
Demonstrate professionalism and maximize availability to the school and students.
