Job summary

St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School is seeking a Part-Time High School Assistant Boys Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The Assistant Coach supports the athletic program and helps prepare student athletes for interscholastic competition under the guidance of the Head Coach and Athletic Director.

This role requires adherence to school policies, ability to manage practices and games, and strong commitment to safety, discipline, and Gospel values in a Catholic educational environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high school coaching and/or playing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification and first aid training; Texas driver’s license; EIM compliance within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practice sessions and games according to policy.
• Schedule practices and games with Head Coach and Athletic Director.
• Verify student eligibility and health documentation.
• Monitor safety and report injuries to parents and school officials.
• Communicate with parents and athletic staff.
• Instruct athletes on strategy and rules.
