Job summary

Kesteven and Grantham Girls’ School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Business to join our Enterprise Faculty. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for their subject and the ability to inspire students through engaging, challenging and relevant learning experiences, teaching Business at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

This role is part-time and fixed-term until October 2027 to cover maternity leave. Ideally 0.7 FTE, with some flexibility for a reduced workload.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for subject and the ability to inspire students through engaging, challenging and relevant learning experiences.
• Teaches Business at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
• Willingness to contribute to curriculum development within the Faculty and to share good practice, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to wider school life through extra-curricular activities.
