Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant or allied subject.
• QTS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging teaching for a Nursery class of 2–3-year-olds, ensuring all children make strong progress from their starting points.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes positive behaviour, wellbeing and a love of learning.
• Use observation and assessment to monitor development and inform planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and external agencies to support children’s learning, development and safeguarding.
• Uphold high professional standards, contribute to the wider life of the school and promote the ethos and values of the Avanti Schools Trust.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
