Krishna Avanti Primary School Croydon is seeking a passionate Learning Coach to support our 3-4 year-olds in Nursery and across the primary phase. You will work with teachers to provide high-quality classroom support and lead targeted interventions.
You will build strong relationships with pupils, adapt approaches for SEND and EAL, promote wellbeing and safeguarding, and engage with families to support pupil progress.
Grade: Grade 3, £28,403 per annum, pro rata . Approximately £19,686 per annum (0.69309 FTE)

Krishna Avanti Primary School Croydon are seeking a skilled and motivated Learning Coach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.
Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality classroom support, leading targeted interventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum. You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.
