Job summary

Sprites Primary Academy is seeking a Breakfast club assistant to help run a professional, caring service for our primary children. You will join the Extended Services team to supervise children before school, ensure safety, and support engaging activities.

The role is 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:45-8:45am, term time only. We welcome enthusiastic individuals who can relate to pupils and communicate with parents while upholding high safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young children
• Basic understanding of child development and learning
• Enthusiasm and dedication to caring and supporting pupil activities

Responsibilities

• Supervise children before school and ensure safety at all times
• Engage with children in play and conversation and set up activities
• Meet and greet parents and provide feedback on their child’s time at the club
