Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Maths Teacher for Park School, an independent specialist day school in Heythrop/Chipping Norton area. You will deliver creative, personalised maths lessons to pupils with diverse needs, helping them build confidence and develop essential skills to thrive in and beyond school.

The role supports potential Form Tutor duties with a focus on pastoral development, collaboration with families and professionals, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching Maths across secondary age pupils.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs.
• Experience working within SEN or specialist setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality teaching to help pupils meet targets.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor and track pupil progress and adapt teaching to maximise achievement.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and personal development alongside academic progress.
