Job summary

Silverwood School in Wiltshire is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our inclusive team supporting pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of SEND needs across three campuses.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to plan coherent aims, differentiate the curriculum, assess progress, safeguard pupils, foster parental and community links, and contribute to the school's ethos of Values Based Education: cooperation, courage, honesty, perseverance, respect and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Register and track pupil progress; implement inclusive teaching strategies.
• Develop and adapt differentiated curriculum to meet SEND needs.
• Safeguard and promote pupil welfare; adhere to child protection policies.
• Collaborate with SLT, teaching staff and external agencies to support inclusion.
