Sheffield College is expanding the King’s Trust Team Programme to support young people aged 16–25. You will deliver engaging learning experiences, motivate learners, and build positive relationships to help them progress to education, employment, training, or volunteering.

The role involves planning activities, residentials, and work placements, with opportunities to shape provision in the local community within a supportive college environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or vulnerable learners.
• Ability to motivate learners and build positive relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in education or youth work is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the 12‑week King’s Trust Programme in community and college settings.
• Plan weekly activities and residential visits.
• Support CVs, interviews and job applications for learners.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme reviews.
• Attend training and steering group meetings as required.
