Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting for a passionate ICT Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. You will deliver engaging ICT and Computing lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS/QTLS or equivalent, have experience teaching ICT or Computing in a secondary setting, and bring strong subject knowledge with excellent classroom management. A DBS check on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching ICT and/or Computing in a secondary setting.
• Strong ICT subject knowledge and a passion for technology.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to motivate learners of varying abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Teach ICT and Computing to KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
• Support students to reach their potential.
• Create a positive and productive learning environment.
