Cover People are recruiting a Secondary Teacher of Humanities for a Trafford school starting September 2026. The role covers History, Geography and Religious Education across KS3/KS4, with an emphasis on engaging, knowledge-rich teaching and high expectations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September 2026.
• Degree in History, Geography, Religious Education or a related Humanities subject.
• A genuine passion for Humanities education and inspiring young people.

Responsibilities

• Teach Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4, including History, Geography and RE.
• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student is challenged to achieve their best.
