You will work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons, lead small group work and interventions, and at times take responsibility for whole-class teaching, contributing to high-quality teaching and learner progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group work and targeted interventions to support learning.
• Support delivery of planned lessons alongside the class teacher.
• Take on occasional responsibility for whole-class teaching when needed.
