Aspire People are currently working with a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic History Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, teaching History to KS3 and KS4 with potential for permanent appointment for the right candidate.

• Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching History at secondary level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and creative History lessons for KS3 and KS4.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Support KS5 or higher where applicable.
