Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a History Teacher to join a Stoke-on-Trent secondary school from September 2026. The role involves teaching KS3 and KS4 History with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate, and requires passion for History and effective classroom management.

THE ROLE

• History Teacher


• Secondary school - Stoke on Trent


• Start date: September 2026


• Full-time, Monday to Friday


• Teaching KS3 and KS4 History


• KS5 experience would be advantageous


• Planning and delivering engaging, challenging and creative lessons


• Assessing and monitoring student progress


• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
