Leighswood School in Walsall is seeking an ambitious Early Years Leader to lead our Nursery and Reception provision from April 2027 (or sooner). You will join the school’s leadership team to drive teaching, learning and the Early Years curriculum.

The successful candidate will work closely with parents, governors and the Cadmus Federation, benefiting from a rich indoor/outdoor environment, strong support for professional development and dedicated leadership time.

Qualificações

• Experience leading Early Years provision (nursery and reception).
• Experience building an effective Early Years team.
• Commitment to inclusive education and parental partnership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Lead and develop teaching and learning and curriculum in Early Years.
