Baston House School is seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher to lead Primary provision for pupils aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Conditions and complex needs. You will work with the Headteacher and senior leaders to drive teaching, learning, behaviour and pupil outcomes in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

• QTS required with significant SEND and complex needs experience.
• Experience leading primary provision and safeguarding.
