Job summary

Baston House School in Bromley, Kent, seeks a passionate Primary SEN Teacher to join our vibrant community. You will deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to primary pupils with autism and related needs, helping them progress academically, socially and emotionally.

QTS or equivalent is required.
Experience with primary-aged pupils with SEN is preferred or of strong interest.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for primary pupils with SEN.
Monitor and celebrate pupil progress and provide appropriate support.
Create engaging classrooms with stimulating displays and resources.
Develop IEPs and behaviour support strategies for individual pupils.
Collaborate with therapists, support staff and senior leaders to ensure high-quality provision.
Promote pupil wellbeing and positive behaviour while safeguarding pupils.
Engage in ongoing professional development in SEN and primary education.
