Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy is seeking a committed and inspirational class teacher to join our team and ensure every day counts for every child. This role is not suitable for ECT's.

We are a one-form-entry school within the Flying High Partnership, dedicated to inclusive teaching, strong behaviour management, and close collaboration with families to support all learners on their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and calm routines.
• Able to make learning engaging for all learners and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all children in the class.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
• Assess and track progress, providing feedback to support ongoing development.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, inclusion, and positive behaviour management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices for teaching and learning.
