Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for diverse learners.
• Create a stimulating, inclusive learning environment with positive behaviour support.
• Assess and track pupil progress, giving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support every child.
• Maintain effective classroom routines and calm, purposeful learning.
