Job summary

Protocol National ltd trading as Protocol is seeking an experienced Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join the Construction department. The position is based in South Yorkshire, offering a competitive salary and a Grade 5 (£33,787 - £42,766) package with 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within Carpentry & Joinery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching qualification desirable or willingness to work towards one.
• Relevant vocational qualifications in Carpentry & Joinery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across Carpentry & Joinery programmes.
• Prepare learning materials, lesson plans and assessment activities.
• Mark assignments and maintain records of student progress.
• Support curriculum development and enhancement of teaching resources.
