Job summary

Tupton Hall School, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking a Careers Advisor to guide students in education, training and career choices. You will provide impartial, up-to-date information and guidance to individuals and groups, helping them explore options and plan progression.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with staff, schools, employers and training providers, organising visits, workshops and career fairs, and developing accessible resources that support inclusive career

Qualifications

• Experience delivering impartial career information, advice and guidance to young people.
• Ability to develop resources that are accessible and inclusive.
• Strong networking skills with schools, employers and training providers.
• Capacity to organise events and engage with external partners.
