Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the secondary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Creative, engaging and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
