Inspector - Asset Management (Water)

RPS has an exciting opportunity for a Inspector to work for the Asset Management team, inspecting and providing feedback on the condition of assets and infrastructure to support the Water Consulting Business in the UK.

About The Team:

RPS Water Consulting comprises engineers, modellers, and data analysts delivering asset management and operational strategies for water industry clients. The industry offers challenges and opportunities requiring innovation and teamwork.

Our water consultancy manages prestigious AMP8 programs leading into AMP9 and beyond, offering long-term career prospects.

About You:

You will be a key member, working alongside multidisciplinary teams on capital projects, ensuring positive impacts on communities and the water industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on water and sewage infrastructure assets.
• Create inspection reports covering health & safety and structural conditions.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Contribute to asset management objectives and KPIs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Experience in civil/structural inspection, preferably in water or utilities.
• Skills in inspecting structural features, pipelines, and tunnels.
• Familiarity with electronic inspection reporting and MS 365.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
