Celeros Flow Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator – Inspection to orchestrate all project quality inspections. You will coordinate NOIs, schedules, and stakeholder activities to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract requirements.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and reporting skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project quality inspections.
• Issue Notifications of Inspection (NOIs) in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain a forward inspection schedule covering supplier, customer, third-party and internal inspections.
• Coordinate witness points, FATs, and final release inspections.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed in line with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Act as primary coordination point between customers, suppliers, inspectors, operations, quality and project managers.
• Develop and maintain inspection registers, trackers, schedules, and status reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on inspection activities and quality progress.
