Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator – Inspection to manage quality inspections across projects. You will be the central contact between customers, suppliers, inspectors, operations, quality, engineering and project management to ensure timely planning, notification, execution and close-out of inspections.

Responsibilities include issuing NOIs, maintaining inspection schedules, coordinating FATs and release inspections, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, quality coordination, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a project environment.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project quality inspections.
• Issue Notifications of Inspection (NOIs) in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain a forward inspection schedule covering supplier, customer, third-party and internal inspections.
• Coordinate witness points, FATs, and final release inspections.
• Provide regular inspection status updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders.
• Track inspection performance against project schedules and milestones.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on inspection activities and quality progress.
