Insolvency Senior Administrator – Watford

Location: Watford

We have been instructed to seek out a high caliber Insolvency professionals for a specialist Insolvency practice in Watford. Currently they are keen to strengthen their team by appointing an insolvency senior administrator. You will be responsible for a managing a caseload of corporate insolvency cases and will report directly to a Senior Manager and partner

The Role:

• Managing case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression and closure
• Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business
• Providing regular progress reports to the manager
• Preparing for and attending creditors meetings
• Managing asset valuation and realisation
• Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner
• Attending clients’ site to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary
• Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS set-up

Requirements:

• Ideally CPI Qualified but not essential as further study will be offered
• Previous experience of managing corporate Insolvency cases
• Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, in addition your birthday is given as a holiday day (total 34 days holiday)
