Insolvency Senior Administrator – Shipley

Location: Shipley

Numero Recruitment, the leading recruiter for Insolvency jobs across the UK, is currently working with a UK-based specialist Insolvency & Advisory firm that is keen to strengthen their team with an Insolvency Senior Administrator in Shipley. You will join an experienced team, working closely with the IP and taking responsibility for managing a portfolio of predominantly corporate insolvency cases.

The Role:

• You will manage a portfolio of Insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, and Compulsory Liquidations.
• Ensure statutory deadlines are met whilst progressing cases in a timely manner.
• Manage all cases using IPS.
• Complete pre- and post-appointment tasks associated with insolvency procedures.
• Review and prepare statutory reports (annual, progress, and final).
• Attend creditors meetings and liaise with creditors as required.
• Carry out case reviews and manage day-to-day matters as they arise.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, stakeholders, staff, and other third parties.
• Ensure cases are progressed from commencement to closure in a commercial, balanced manner, fully compliant with statutory obligations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure. Candidates with less experience may be considered at Administrator level.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.
