Key Skills/Experience:
• At least 4–5 years’ experience managing corporate insolvency cases
• Ability to manage and supervise staff across a wide case portfolio
• Advanced understanding of statutory requirements and insolvency frameworks
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in preparing and reviewing complex case documentation and reports
• High proficiency in MS Office and IPS systems
• CPI qualification preferred; JIEB desirable
• Leadership qualities with a commercial and solution-driven mindset
• Located within a reasonable commute to Sutton
What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing a diverse and complex portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
• Leading and developing a team of Insolvency Administrators and Associates
• Reviewing statutory documents, case strategies, and creditor communications
• Acting as the primary point of contact for directors, legal representatives, and creditors
• Supporting directors with business development, internal governance, and departmental planning
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations
• Driving process efficiency and mentoring team members for professional growth
